Sky has been playing guitar for over 20 years. Sky received a B.A. in Music from Wayne State in 2019 and has since played with many artists including #1 Billboard charting artist, State of Mine. He has released several records with multiple artists and has worked as a session musician out of Detroit and Los Angeles.

In 2023 he recorded and released an acoustic version of Sleep Token’s “The Summoning” that quickly gained the attention of the internet, resulting in a viral moment on social media, racking up over 1,000,000 streams across multiple platforms. 

His past local projects include Class of ’98, The Mega ‘80s, The Square Pegz, and Boogie Dynomite. He’s currently working on two original projects with a projected release in the winter of 2025. 

As an instructor, Sky aims for all of his students to easily understand the musical language as a whole. He strives for each student to get to the point in which they are excited to learn and grow with the guitar every day.
